The studio was created to hold small and private classes, workshops and lectures. It is fully-equipped with props such as mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters and chairs. Our philosophy is that yoga is a practice for everybody in EVERY BODY.

5 Class Pass

  • A class open to all students. Basic postures using a yoga chair for balance and accessibility. Standing postures, forward extensions, twists and backbends explored.

    Modifications given and encouraged for specific conditions and ailments.

  • A class open to all students. Standing, seated, prone and supine postures explored including forward extensions, twists and backbends. Modifications given and encouraged for specific conditions and ailments. My sequences combine movement and held poses. These encourage students to balance, build strength, find stability and flexibility. I use philosophic, alignment and anatomical references to help students deepen their understanding and frequently suggest props like blankets, blocks, belts, bolsters, chairs and walls to increase perception.

  • Open to all students. Postures given in sequences for relaxation and reduction of anxiety. Many of the postures are supine and most utilize blocks, bolsters and other props. Attention to breath encouraged and specific breath patterns or pranayama will be given.

    Modifications for specific conditions and ailments are encouraged.

  • A class open to all students. Sequences that begin with gentle movement in coordination with the breath, into restorative positions and then breathwork or pranayama, usually ending with a brief meditation.
