  • An introductory rope class series for all students. Learn how wall ropes can help lengthen and strengthen. How using them for asana can create ease of movement and stability to your postures.

    Enroll in the 4-week series for $110 or drop-in for $30 each class.

    Class size limited to 4 students.

  • Join Brette for an exploration of basic yoga postures, movement, breathing exercises and meditation techniques. The workshop is designed for all students, including those new to yoga and is broken into two-parts over a span of five hours with a one hour break in between part 1 and part 2.

    Part 1 will include opening movements, standing poses, forward extensions and backbends.

    Part 2 will include restorative postures, breathwork, final resting pose and a short meditation. The goal for this workshop is for you to design, or begin to design a practice that you can do daily. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

    Mats and other props provided at the studio.

    This workshop is limited to 8 students.

  • A yoga chair gives you stability and can make postures more easeful. This three part series helps you adapt your yoga practice by utilizing this wonderful prop. Standing pose variations, twists, backbends and restorative postures will all be explored. Purchase all classes in the series or drop in.
